She is passionate about spiritual health and well-being & has built her business on helping those who need it most. Her qualifications include:
June has been able to connect and build meaningful relationships with women in order to help them feel better about themselves. This comes naturally to June and is the foundation for her stress management work. If something feels right for you then it is. Be in tune by working closely with your intuition and you will be able to guide, protect and balance yourself mental – think it; emotional – feel it, spiritual – believe it and physical – do it better. Then you will always find that balance in life.

As well as writing Jas has managed social media accounts and trained business on how to build their social media presence. Since 2016 she has been working with June to build the JuneCrandon blog. This blog is a successful fusion of experiences, voices, and personalities in line with wellness and lifestyle. We hope you will continue with us on our journey through 2019.
Lifestyle Coach, Facilitator and Writer
Taiwo is a Lifestyle Coach, Facilitator and Writer, she is also the founder of the New 5ifty. This is aimed at supporting people who are approaching or at mid-life (40 and over). It helps them to reclaim their power, so they can confidently create the way they live the next chapter of their lives without worrying about what others think. She does this through 1-1 coaching and workshops. Taiwo is a qualified Drama Therapist, a Blair Singer Certified Trainer and Facilitator (Blair Singer is a Rich Dad advisor to Robert Kyosaki, author of Rich Dad, Poor Dad). She has a Diploma in Transformational Coaching from Animas Centre for Coaching.
Taiwo is a coach that works instinctually. At this retreat she will be working with small groups using drama techniques including modelling and the power of your story to develop:
- a strong sense of self so that you can make different, more empowered choices (Be)
- the confidence to let yourself be seen – again – so that you step out of your comfort zone (Do)
- the willingness to create the way you live the next chapter of your life (Have)
Over the past 20 years, Taiwo has managed and coached teams and clients to overcome barriers to achieving their career and life goals. She is passionate about helping people, particularly men and women in midlife to see beyond the limitations that they may have placed on themselves so they can grow and live the life they are meant to live. She firmly believes that midlife is a new beginning and NOT the beginning of the end; and that everyone in midlife deserves to live their authentic life without worrying about what others may think of them.

She also engages in research in the benefits of herbal medicine and essential oils as it relates to Bacteria, Viruses and the Immune system.

Suzie is an experienced, goal-oriented professional with a diverse background having worked at Chief Executive level in the public, private and charity sectors.
She is highly skilled and competent, possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A qualified, office manager, experienced administrator, and shorthand writer, she has a diploma in management studies and a teaching qualification. Her priority is always to work proactively as a member of the team or independently. It is important for her to support colleagues to ensure the organization’s goals are met. Her work within a business development agency has provided her with a keen appreciation of the structure and growth of company start-ups; and the importance for all staff to work cooperatively at the beginning so they can facilitate and maintain growth, especially in the first five years.
